Students will explore an array of floral arranging styles as well as forage for their own jungle materials. There is nothing quite like yoga with EMILY SHAPIRO. Her energy, grace, excitement, and music choices are truly intoxicating. Emily's yoga classes are an integral part of this workshop. Her ability to foster each individual's unique movements and relate them to our individuality as creative beings comes through with each class. We can't wait for you to discover and fall in love with her flows.
EMILY AUMILLER (owner and founder of Brooklyn's incomparable Lael Cakes) will be leading participants in a raw dessert class with a gluttonous amount of Costa Rican bounty like cacoa, tropical fruits and delightful spices. We'll explore these ingredients, commingling flavors in elegant ways and creating exquisite presentations. And then we get to eat them!
The Tico-owned Surf School AGUA TIBIA consistently receives glowing reviews from stoked surfers year after year. There's no coming to Nosara without testing the perfect warm waves. We're thrilled AGUA TIBIA will join us again this year to teach us the ways of these intelligent waters. Our retreat offers two lessons, though we highly encourage you to take more.

HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO PAY NOW?
A $1500 deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due October 1st, 2017. Payment plans are available.
HOW SHALL I PAY?
You can pay by check or through this link
WHAT IS THE REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you decide to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit (though we will make exceptions for illness, injury) or you can transfer your spot to someone else. The workshop organizers reserve the right to cancel if less than 7 participants sign up. In this unlikely scenario, you will be refunded in full.

Yes, we cap the workshop at 12 people. That way, we can ensure that everyone gets plenty of individual attention and instruction, and the workshop stays small and intimate.
DO I NEED TO HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THE VARIOUS MEDIUMS?
Nope – none at all. And if you have a bunch, that’s great too.
Nosara is magic. It truly is. It's not just a beautiful beach, an impressive jungle, bright stars, unforgettable sunsets, sweet people, pipas and avocados. It's much more than the sum of it parts. There's something in the air and it's not just the smell of the molasses paved roads.
The Harmony Hotel is a profound centerpoint in Nosara. This eco-chic hotel provides all the amenities one might crave on vacation without any pretension. "The hotel is situated a stone's throw from a pristine surf break with consistent year-round waves. But it is much more than that. It is a place for community and ideas - an ideal space for contemplation and deep relaxation." We're in alignment with The Harmony Hotel and thrilled they continue to host Pura Vida Peartree.
